Ingredients
- Dried apricots - 150 g
- Starch - 2 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 tbsp.l.
- Water - 1 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the dried apricots, fill with water and bring to a boil.
Boil for half an hour and grind the mass with a blender.
Add sugar to taste and bring to a boil again.
Dilute the starch in water and pour in a thin stream, stirring.
Boil the jelly for another 2-3 minutes.
