Ingredients
- Ground coffee (finely ground) – 5 tsp.
- Water (filtered) – 250 ml
- Sugar - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour cold water into the turk.
Add sugar and ground coffee.
Bring to a boil over low heat. Do not mix!
Carefully remove the foam with a spoon and spread it over the warmed cups.
Return the turk to the fire, bring it to a boil again and repeat the procedure with foam.
Pour boiling coffee into cups for the third time.
