Step-by-step cooking recipe
Defrost the berries by simply leaving them at room temperature. Rinse and sort the berries.
Chop the sea buckthorn into puree using a blender. Puree through a sieve, getting the juice.
Boil water in a saucepan. Throw the cake obtained after grinding into the water and cook for 10 minutes, adding sugar.
