Take a lemon and 2 oranges. Squeeze the juice and finely chop the pulp with the zest.
Pour hot water and boil the workpiece for 10 minutes.
Strain, add sugar and boil the syrup for another 15 minutes. Let it cool down.
Chop the remaining citrus and mint, put in a jug and mash.
Pour the syrup and then add soda.
