This fragrant and invigorating drink can be a worthy alternative to coffee. Preheated milk before serving can be whipped to a light foam using a cappuccino machine or mixer.
Ingredients
- Water - 200 ml
- Milk - 150 ml
- Tea (black leaf) – 2 tsp.
- Carnation - 5 pieces
- Ground ginger - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground cinnamon - 0,5 tsp.
- Nutmeg (ground) – 0,5 h.l.
- Ground black pepper - at the tip of the knife
- Sugar - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put all the spices and sugar in a ladle or a small saucepan.
Pour water and bring to a boil. Then reduce the heat, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the leaf tea and continue to simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
Strain the drink, pour it into cups and add warm milk.
