No special products are needed for this recipe. Garlic, egg yolks, a little olive oil, mustard and a wonderful sauce for langoustines is ready. It will not work well to beat it by hand, be sure to use a blender or mixer.

Ingredients

  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Egg yolks - 2 pieces
  • Olive oil - 100 ml
  • Mustard - 2 tsp.
  • Lemon juice - 3 art.l.
  • Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
  • Salt - 0,5 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Mix the yolks, mustard and garlic passed through the press in a bowl. Grind with a blender until smooth.

Without stopping whipping, add salt, pepper and oil. After a couple of minutes, the sauce will start to thicken.

Pour in the lemon juice and whisk everything together for another 3 minutes.
