Pesto sauce is a classic Italian sauce that is made from fresh herbs, olive oil, cheese, nuts, garlic and spices. At the same time, it is almost impossible to single out any one basic recipe - there are their own peculiarities everywhere. I share my favorite basic version.
Ingredients
- Basil - 50 g
- Pine nuts - 45 g
- Parsley - 10 g
- Parmesan - 50 g
- Garlic - 10 g
- Vegetable oil - 100 ml
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- Wine vinegar - 1 tsp.
- Sea salt - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse and dry the basil with parsley. Separate the leaves.
Dry the pine nuts in a dry frying pan.
Put all the ingredients in a blender and whisk the pesto sauce.
