Ingredients

For Salad:
  • Beef (steak) – 400 g
  • Pear (large) – 1 piece
  • Salad mix - 300 g
  • Walnuts (fried) – handful
  • Vegetable oil (odorless) – 2 art.l.
  • Ground black pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
For dressing:
  • Greek Yogurt - 100 ml
  • Olive oil - 2 art.l.
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l.
  • Garlic - 1 clove

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the beef and dry it with paper towels.

Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the steak for 2 minutes on each side. Adjust the degree of roasting to your liking.

Put the beef on a board and cut into small pieces. Sprinkle with salt and ground pepper.

Slice the pear and lightly fry it in a grill pan.

Mix beef, pear, salad mix, walnuts, ground pepper and salt.

Separately mix yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil and garlic passed through a press.

Beat the resulting mass with a blender for 30-40 seconds.

Pour the dressing into the salad and mix.
