- Spinach - 200 g
- Olive oil - 80 ml
- Mustard (acute) – 1 tbsp.l .
- Ground coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Water - 250 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put the spinach in a saucepan and fill with water. Boil for 2 minutes after boiling.
Grind with an immersion blender until smooth.
Add mustard, spices, sugar, salt, oil and beat well again.
