- Tomatoes - 600 g
- Garlic - 3 clove
- Onion - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- Hot red pepper (flakes) – 0.5 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
- Water - 150 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Make a cross-shaped incision on each tomato, remove the peel.
Chop tomatoes, peeled onion and garlic.
In a deep saucepan, fry the onion and garlic in oil until golden brown.
Add chopped tomatoes, pour in water and simmer for 10 minutes.
Puree the mass with an immersion blender, and then wipe through a sieve.
Add salt, sugar, red pepper flakes and boil for 2 minutes.
