Creamy spinach sauce for fish

The combination of fish, spinach and cream is a godsend even for seasoned gourmets. Such a delicious and harmonious dish still needs to be searched for. Plus, the creamy sauce with spinach is prepared very quickly and easily. Even an inexperienced cook can cope!


  • Spinach - 100 g
  • Cream - 130 ml
  • Cheese - 30 g
  • Olive oil - 20 ml
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l.
  • Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Chop the spinach and fry in oil for a couple of minutes.

Add garlic and spices, and fry for another 5 minutes.

Pour in the cream, bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes.

Add grated cheese and boil until it dissolves.

Remove the sauce from the heat and pour in the lemon juice.
