- Eggplant - 900 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Allspice - 4 peas
- Black Pepper - 4 peas
- Carnation - 6 buds
- Bay leaf - 4 pieces
- Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp.
- Water - 1 l
- Salt - 1 art.l.
- Sugar - 2-3 art.l.
- Vegetable oil - 2-3 art.l.
- Vinegar - 5 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the eggplant and cut into cubes. Cut the onion into feathers, and garlic into plates.
Boil water with sugar, salt and butter.
Put the eggplants there and boil for 5 minutes.
Add onion, garlic and vinegar, and cook for another minute.
Put all the spices in sterile jars, and then - eggplant with marinade.
Roll up the billet for the winter.
