Ingredients
- Cucumbers - 1 kg
- Onion - 150 g
- Dill - 30 g
- A mixture of peppers with peas - 0,5 tsp.
- Vinegar - 2 art.l.
- Sugar - 30 g
- Salt - 25 g
- Water - 250 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop cucumbers, dill and peeled onions.
Mix, add a mixture of peppers and peas and put them in jars.
Boil water, add sugar and salt.
Boil for 2 minutes and pour into jars with vegetables.
Sterilize for 10 minutes, add vinegar and roll up.
