Most often, caviar, adjika and various salads are prepared from zucchini for the winter. I suggest a less well—known, but surprisingly delicious option - fried zucchini. Vegetables are fried, and then placed in jars and sterilized. Simple and delicious!
Ingredients
- Zucchini - 1 kg
- Bell pepper - 150 g
- Vegetable oil - 120 ml
- Apple cider vinegar - 3 tbsp.l .
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Water - 800 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the zucchini and cut into slices.
Spread in portions on a preheated frying pan with oil and lightly fry on both sides.
Cut the bell pepper, peel it from the seeds and chop it.
Put fried zucchini mixed with bell pepper in jars.
Boil water, add salt and ground pepper.
Pour the boiling marinade into jars and sterilize for 10 minutes.
Pour in the vinegar, roll it up and wrap it up for a day with a warm blanket.
