Ingredients

  • Quince - 1 kg
  • Water - 220 ml
  • Sugar - 1 kg

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Boil water with sugar and boil the syrup for a couple of minutes.

Cut the quince into slices and put it in the syrup.

Bring it to a boil again and boil for half an hour on low heat.

Roll the jam into sterilized jars.
