Ingredients

  • Cherry - 400 g
  • Sugar - 180 g
  • Citric acid - on the tip of the knife
  • Water - 3 l

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the cherries and put them in prepared jars.

Pour boiling water to the top, cover with lids and leave to warm up for 20 minutes.

Drain the water into a saucepan, add sugar, citric acid and bring to a boil again.

Pour boiling syrup into jars, roll up and leave for a day in a warm place.
