When I cook this jam, there is an amazing aroma in the house! Sweet melon with lemon and orange is something incredible! The taste of this dish is not inferior to the smell. I advise you to cook more immediately, because the jars are emptied quickly.

Scald the orange with boiling water and cut into small pieces together with the peel.

Scald the lemon with boiling water, remove the zest and squeeze the juice into a separate bowl.

Wash the melon and cut it in half. Use a spoon to select the seeds, cut off the peel and chop the pulp.

In a deep saucepan, mix water and sugar. Boil for 2 minutes after boiling.

Add the melon and lemon zest. Bring to a boil over low heat and cook for 10 minutes.

Cool, then put it back on low heat, add pieces of oranges and lemon juice. Boil for 10 minutes and remove from heat.

Bring the jam to a boil for the third time, boil for 5 minutes and put it in a prepared container.
