- Cherry Plum - 1 kg
- Sugar - 2 glasses
- Water - 4 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the cherry plum, put it in jars and pour boiling water. Cover with lids and leave for 10 minutes.
Drain the water, add sugar and bring to a boil again.
Pour the cherry plum again, sterilize the jars for 10 minutes in a saucepan with water and roll up.
