One of my favorite berry sauces for meat is raspberry. I suggest everyone to try to cook it yourself, because you definitely won't find one in the store. And it definitely deserves attention for its bright taste!
Ingredients
- Raspberry - 200 g
- Ground coriander - 0.5 tsp.
- Ground red pepper - 0.5 tsp.
- Sugar - 2 tsp.
- Soy sauce - 1 art.l.
- Apple cider vinegar - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cover the raspberries with sugar and leave for 15 minutes.
Boil for 5 minutes and rub through a sieve.
Add the remaining ingredients and cook the sauce for another 5-7 minutes.
