Most often, all kinds of tomato sauces and ketchups are served with kebabs, but sometimes you want variety. It is for this case that I share a proven recipe for white sauce. Very tasty, fresh and harmoniously complements the meat.
Ingredients
- Yogurt (thick) – 160 ml
- Garlic - 4 clove
- Hops-suneli - 1 tsp.
- Dill - 2 twigs
- Cilantro - 2 twigs
- Mint - 2 twigs
- Salt - 2 pinches
- Ground black pepper - 2 pinches
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the stems of the greens.
Chop the herbs and garlic in any way.
Mix all the ingredients for the sauce.
