Ingredients

  • Gooseberry - 1 kg
  • Garlic - 1 head
  • Greenery - 100 g
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp.l .
  • Salt - 1 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Boil the gooseberries in boiling water for a couple of minutes, flip them into a colander and rub through a sieve.

Add chopped garlic, herbs, salt and sugar.

Boil the ketchup for half an hour on low heat.
