It's no secret that beef is much tougher than pork. But this problem is easy to solve if you marinate the meat properly. I share an excellent marinade recipe for beef kebab. It is always effective and, most pleasantly, it is prepared from available ingredients.
Ingredients
- Lemon - half
- Olive oil - 100 ml
- Tomato paste - 2 tbsp.l.
- Honey - 1 tbsp.l .
- Paprika - 1 tsp.
- Black Pepper - 4 peas
- Coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt (without slide) – 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rub black pepper, coriander, paprika and salt in a mortar.
Mix tomato paste, butter, honey and lemon juice.
Add the stock with spices and mix well again.
