Ingredients
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Lemon juice - 2 art.l.
- Grainy mustard - 1 tsp.
- A mixture of peppers with peas (ground) – 3 pinches
- Salt - 3 pinches
- Garlic - 3 teeth
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop garlic and pepper peas.
Mix all the ingredients for the marinade.
Marinate the pink salmon for at least half an hour.
