There are many variations of this sauce. Today I want to tell you a recipe for which vegetables are pre-fried in a dry frying pan. Do not worry, some areas will have time to burn. Thanks to this, the very fragrance will appear!
Ingredients
- Cherry tomatoes - 400 g
- Hot red pepper - 1 pod
- Lime - 1 piece
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Cilantro - 10 g
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the onion and cut into quarters.
Cut the hot pepper in half and peel off the seeds.
Peel the garlic cloves and lightly crush them with a knife blade.
Put onion, garlic, hot pepper and whole cherry tomatoes in a dry frying pan. Fry on medium heat for 10 minutes.
Cool the vegetables slightly, put them in a blender and grind until smooth.
Add chopped cilantro, lime juice and salt. Turn on the blender for another 1.5-2 minutes.
