Step-by-step cooking recipe
Melt butter in a frying pan, add flour and fry until golden brown, stirring frequently.
Add milk, yogurt and garlic passed through the press. Stir so that there are no lumps.
Add salt, nutmeg and simmer for 3-5 minutes on low heat.
