- Capelin caviar - 2 tbsp.l.
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Chili sauce - 1 tsp.
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.l .
- Mustard - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l.
- Mayonnaise - 150 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix mayonnaise, butter, mustard and sauces.
Add capelin caviar, garlic passed through the press and mix.
Before serving, the spicy sauce should be infused for 15 minutes.
