If you like light, sour white sauces, sour cream–based sauces are your choice. The best addition to them is fresh herbs and garlic. I want to share my favorite recipe, which is suitable for most main dishes and snacks.
Ingredients
- Sour cream (bold) – 200 g
- Greenery - 1 bundle
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the greens to taste.
Pass the garlic through the press.
Mix all the ingredients with sour cream and season the sauce to taste.
