Ingredients

  • Leeks - 1 piece
  • Vegetable oil - 3 art.l.
  • Lemon juice - 3 tbsp.l .
  • Soy sauce - 1 tbsp.l.
  • Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Thinly slice the leek into rings.

Squeeze the juice out of the lemon.

Mix the marinade ingredients and add spices to taste.
