It takes very little time to prepare such salads. This happens in cases when simple versions with vegetables are being prepared. Let's complicate the task a little this time and prepare a delicious salad with fried pork!
Ingredients
- Funchosa - 250 g
- Pork (clipping) – 250 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 g
- Bell pepper (large) – 1 piece
- String beans - 100 g
- Vegetable oil - 30 ml
- Sesame oil - 2 art.l.
- Rice vinegar - 2 art.l.
- Fish sauce - 2 tsp.
- Bay leaf (ground) – 0.5 tsp.
- Ground red pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Water (filtered) – 2.5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop pork, string beans, tomatoes and peeled bell pepper.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, put the pork and fry for 7-10 minutes.
Sprinkle with ground bay leaf, pour in 150 ml of water and cover with a lid. Simmer for 25-30 minutes on low heat.
Cut the finished pork even smaller.
Pour the funchosa with boiling water for 5 minutes.
Flip into a colander and rinse under running water.
Boil string beans in salted water for 2 minutes.
Mix the funchosa, pork, bell pepper, broccoli and string beans.
Separately mix rice vinegar, fish sauce, sesame oil, ground red pepper and salt.
Pour the resulting dressing into the salad and mix. You can add green onions, sesame seeds or roasted peanuts.
