Ingredients

  • Apples - 500 g
  • Lemon juice - 3 art.l.
  • Water - 100 ml
  • Cinnamon - 1 wand
  • Allspice (ground) – to taste
  • Brown Sugar - half a glass
  • Butter - 20 g

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the apples, cut them, peel them from seeds and peel.

Place the apples in a saucepan with a thick bottom.

Add water, sugar, cinnamon stick and lemon juice.

Cover with a lid and simmer for 20 minutes.

Remove the cinnamon, grind the mass with an immersion blender.

Add ground allspice, butter and mix well.
