There are surprisingly many recipes for sauces. There are even some that can be served as an independent dish. We are talking about the famous Bolognese. Minced meat, cream, fragrant spices and vegetables - lick your fingers!
Ingredients
- Minced pork - 500 g
- Tomatoes - 400 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Basil - 2 twigs
- Cream (33% fat content) – 3 tbsp.l.
- Tomato paste - 1 art.l.
- Olive oil - 30 ml
- Bay leaf - 1 piece
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop tomatoes, basil, peeled onion and garlic. Leave a couple of small basil leaves to serve.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan, add onion and fry until transparent.
Add the minced meat and fry for 5 minutes on high heat. Try to knead all the large pieces with a spatula.
Add garlic, tomato paste, tomatoes, chopped basil, salt and ground pepper.
Cover with a lid, turn down the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add cream, bay leaf and cook for another 5 minutes.
Put the sauce in a nice bowl and garnish with basil leaves.
