Pass tomatoes through a juicer.
Chop parsley, basil and peeled hot pepper in a blender.
Peel and finely chop the onion, pass the garlic through the press.
In a deep frying pan, fry the onion in oil until golden brown.
Pour in the mass of tomatoes, season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 30 minutes.
Add wine, herbs, hot pepper and garlic. Cook for another 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
