- Blueberries - 1 kg
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- Wine vinegar - 2 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
- Water - 150 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put the blueberries in a saucepan, add water and cook for 3 minutes under the lid.
Peel onion and garlic, chop.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, put the onion and garlic and fry until golden brown.
Chop soft berries and roast in a blender.
Put in a saucepan, add salt, sugar and cook for 10 minutes, stirring from time to time.
Pepper, pour in the vinegar and simmer for another 3-5 minutes.
