I share an interesting recipe for hot chili sauce. I advise you to serve it with fried or baked meat. The finished sauce can be stored in the refrigerator in a hermetically sealed container for up to two weeks.
Ingredients
- Hot red pepper - 200 g
- Bell pepper (red) – 200 g
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Apple cider vinegar - 3 art.l.
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Garlic, tomatoes, Bulgarian and hot peppers bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
Remove the vegetables from the oven, cool slightly and peel.
Chop tomatoes, garlic and both types of peppers in a blender.
Add apple cider vinegar, olive oil, salt, sugar and ground black pepper.
Mix everything well again and put it in a saucepan.
