This recipe should certainly be in service with every housewife. Delicious sauce can be served with meat, fish and just with bread. To make the baked pepper easier to clean, place it in a saucepan after the oven and cover it with a lid for 5 minutes.
Ingredients
- Bell pepper - 500 g
- Parsley - a couple of twigs
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l .
- Zira (ground) – 0.5 tsp.
- Sumac (ground) – 1 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Brush the whole bell pepper with oil and put it on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees.
Cool the pepper slightly, remove the peel and grind in a blender.
Add lemon juice and finely chopped parsley.
Mix the dry spices and salt, pour into the vegetable stock.
Mix everything again until smooth and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
