- Blackberries - 500 g
- Basil - 0.5 beam
- Cilantro - 0.5 beam
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Garlic - 3 clove
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the blackberries with a blender and bring to a boil.
Add sugar, salt and spices, and boil for 5 minutes.
Chop the herbs, chili and garlic in a blender.
Add to the blackberries and boil the tkemali for another 7 minutes.
