At the beginning of the last century, the traveler Timkrajang invented sriracha sauce. He wanted to create a universal supplement that could complement any dish of Thai cuisine. The results exceeded all expectations and the burning seasoning quickly became popular all over the world.

Ingredients

  • Hot red pepper - 300 g
  • Garlic - 4 clove
  • Vinegar - 300 ml
  • Sugar - 80 g
  • Salt - 15 g

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Chop the hot pepper together with the seeds and put it in a saucepan.

Add the peeled garlic cloves, vinegar and insist all night under the lid.

Simmer for 5 minutes.

Add sugar, salt and puree with an immersion blender.

Wipe the resulting mass through a sieve and serve on the table.
