This sauce is a real find for mushroom lovers. Mushroom powder gives it a particularly intense aroma and taste, sometimes even brighter than with fresh mushrooms. It's all about concentration. The sauce goes well with meat, side dishes, salads and other dishes.
Ingredients
- Dried mushrooms (powder) – 1 tsp.
- Water - 4 tbsp.l.
- Flour - 1 tbsp.l.
- Onion - 1 piece
- Sour cream - 1 art.l.
- Butter - 30 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Dilute the mushroom powder in hot water.
Chop the onion and fry in butter until transparent.
Add flour and mix.
Add some more water for consistency.
Season the sauce and bring to a boil.
Add the mushroom stock and boil the sauce for 2-3 minutes.
Add sour cream and chopped herbs and boil the sauce for another 2 minutes.
