Funchosa is a popular product of Asian cuisine. It is often called "glass" noodles. Since you are interested in her, I advise you to prepare this wonderful salad. It tastes best with mussels marinated in hot sauce.

Put the funchosa in a saucepan and pour boiling water for 5 minutes.

Flip the noodles into a colander, rinse and leave to drain the liquid.

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the minced pork until tender.

Add ground ginger and garlic passed through the press.

Chop the greens and peeled onion.

Mix the funchosa, mussels, herbs, minced meat and onions.

Separately mix the fish sauce, remaining oil, vinegar and salt. Stir and wait until the salt crystals are completely dissolved.

Pour the resulting dressing into the salad and mix. Infuse the dish for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
