Salad &171;Capercaillie's nest&187; with chicken, hard cheese and garlic

According to the classic recipe, the "Capercaillie's nest" is decorated with fried potatoes. But if you don't like this option, try replacing it with grated cheese. The salad turns out to be just as delicious and original, but it is prepared much faster!
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet (boiled) – 250 g
- Cheese (solid) – 100 g
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 3 pieces
- Quail eggs (boiled) – 3 pieces
- Cucumbers - 150 g
- Potatoes (boiled) – 3 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Mayonnaise - 100 ml
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut fillets, cucumbers, potatoes, peeled onions and chicken eggs.
Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater.
Mix potatoes, chicken eggs, fillets, cucumbers and onions.
Add salt, mayonnaise, garlic passed through the press and mix.
Lay out the salad with a slide and sprinkle generously with grated cheese.
Make a small recess on top and fill it with peeled quail eggs. If desired, you can add a little greenery.
