Salads with rice are very versatile, because they easily replace the main dish with a side dish. Catch one of my favorite options with tuna and olives. And at the same time, I suggest adding some vegetables and herbs.
Ingredients
- Fig - 100 g
- Tuna - 1 bank
- Olives - 1 handful
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Capers - 2 art.l.
- Salad mix - 60 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 g
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the rice until tender, cut the olives into rings and chop the tuna with a fork.
Chop the peppers and tomatoes, chop the salad mix.
Add capers and olive oil, mix salad.
