There is nothing easier than vegetable salads with tuna – just add everything that is in the refrigerator. Garnish with herbs, season to taste, add a couple of drops of vegetable oil – and here is a delicious, quick and very healthy snack ready.
Ingredients
- Salad mix - 200 g
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Tuna - 2 banks
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 g
- Parsley - 0.5 beam
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp.l.
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil hard-boiled chicken eggs and chop coarsely.
Randomly chop cucumbers and tomatoes, rinse the salad mix and mash the tuna with a fork.
Chop the garlic and parsley, mix all the ingredients and season the salad.
Season it with olive oil and garnish with green leaves.
