I present to your attention a wonderful salad with turkey, cranberries and apples. Now this is my favorite combination of flavors. Apples are better to take sweet and sour, and cheese is as salty as possible. In my opinion, Cheddar, Maasdam or Gouda are best suited.
Ingredients
- Turkey Breast (boiled) – 400 g
- Potatoes (boiled) – 200 g
- Cheddar Cheese (salty) – 100 g
- Apples (medium) – 2 pieces
- Cranberries (dried) – half a glass
- Mayonnaise - 80 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the boiled turkey and cheese into cubes.
Peel the apples and boiled potatoes and cut them into cubes too.
Add dried cranberries, salt and ground black pepper.
Add mayonnaise and mix gently. Try not to make unnecessary movements so as not to crumple the soft ingredients.
