- Broccoli - 150 g

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fry the red fish in vegetable oil until tender.
Put on a plate, slice and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Divide broccoli into small inflorescences and scald with boiling water.
Peel the avocado, slice and sprinkle with vinegar.
Mix fish, spinach, broccoli, blueberries, avocado and sesame seeds.
