Ingredients
- Smoked chicken - 300 g
- Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Cucumbers - 200 g
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Mayonnaise - 120 g
- Vegetable oil (for frying) – 20 ml
- Quail Eggs (boiled) – 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the smoked chicken, cucumbers, peeled onions and chicken eggs into small cubes.
Peel the potatoes and grate them on a special grater.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the potatoes until golden brown. On average, it takes 5-7 minutes.
Put the potatoes on a paper napkin, pepper and salt.
Peel the quail egg from the shell and cut in half.
Mix chicken, cucumbers, chicken eggs and onions.
Add salt, ground pepper, mayonnaise and mix gently.
Put the finished salad on a plate with a slide, sprinkle fried potatoes thickly on top and garnish with quail egg.
