Salads with sea cocktail are a real delicacy. At the same time, they are quite affordable, because ready-made frozen mixes are sold in any supermarket. They are prepared easier than ever – a beginner can handle it. This time I suggest adding asparagus beans to seafood.
Ingredients
- Sea cocktail - 400 g
- Arugula - 2 beam
- Cherry tomatoes - 160 g
- String beans - 180 g
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
- Italian herbs - 0.5 tsp.
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Preheat a frying pan with a minimum amount of oil and put a sea cocktail on it. You don't have to defrost it.
Fry it for a couple of minutes on high heat. Add all the spices and mix. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Boil the string beans for a couple of minutes until soft.
Cut the cherry in half and the chili into thin rings.
Add arugula and season the salad with olive oil.
