Ingredients
- Chicken liver - 300 g
- Cherries - handful
- Lettuce - 100 g
- Basil - a couple of twigs
- Vegetable oil - 3 art.l.
- Soy sauce - 2 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the chicken liver thoroughly and dry it with paper towels.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the liver until tender. Season with salt and pepper before turning it off.
Peel the cherries from the stalks, seeds and cut in half.
Tear the salad leaves and basil into pieces with your hands.
Mix chicken liver, cherries, lettuce leaves and basil.
Add ground pepper, salt and mix.
Put the salad on a plate and pour soy sauce over it.
