If spicy dishes don't scare you, try this recipe. Tender squid fillet perfectly harmonizes with vegetables and red pepper. I remove the seeds of hot pepper to reduce the burning of the dish, and you are guided by your taste.
Ingredients
- Squid - 3 carcasses
- Hot red pepper - 1 pod
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Tomatoes - 200 g
- Green onion - 2 of the stem
- Greenery - a couple of twigs
- Vegetable oil (odorless) – 30 ml
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Lower the squid into boiling water, boil for 2 minutes, and then put it to cool on a plate.
Chop the bell peppers, tomatoes, herbs and green onions.
Cut the red pepper in half, peel the seeds and chop.
Mix squid, vegetables and herbs.
Add salt, oil and mix. Before serving, the salad should stand for 40-60 minutes.
