For this mushroom salad, I prefer to mix several different types of pickled mushrooms. Champignons, honey mushrooms, chanterelles, white and any other – everything that you like. It remains to add some fragrant herbs and experiment with dressing.
Ingredients
- Mushrooms (honey mushrooms and chanterelles in marinade) – 200 g
- Pickled mushrooms - 200 g
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Dill - 0.5 beam
- Parsley - 0.5 beam
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l.
- Dijon mustard - 2 tsp.
- Garlic - 2 cloves
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the onion into feathers and chop all the herbs and garlic.
Add all the pickled mushrooms and mix the salad.
Season it with olive oil and Dijon mustard.
