Ceviche is a Latin American dish that has become extremely popular all over the world. Each country has brought its own changes to the recipe, making it even more interesting and original. I bring to your attention a shrimp salad on this topic.
Ingredients
- Shrimp (boiled) – 500 g
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Orange - 1 piece
- Basil - 2 twigs
- Parsley - 2 twigs
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Sea salt - to taste
- Water (boiling water) – 1 l
- Orange juice - 100 ml
- Lemon juice - 1 art.l.
- Soy sauce - 1 art.l.
- Lemon zest - 0,5 tsp.
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l.
- Ground red pepper - 0,25 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the boiled shrimps with boiling water, peel off the shells and put them in a deep bowl.
Separately mix the oil, soy sauce, lemon zest, red pepper, orange and lemon juice.
Pour the resulting marinade into the shrimp, mix, cover with cling film and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
Peel and slice the bell pepper, purple onion.
Peel the orange, peel the films and disassemble it into small pieces with your hands.
Wash the basil and parsley, shake off the water and tear with your hands.
Remove the shrimp from the marinade and place in a wide bowl.
Add orange, onion, bell pepper, herbs, salt, ground pepper and olive oil. Gently mix everything with salad tongs.
